For the past few weeks I’ve gone over my little Pilot Season, inspired by what Amazon does with its proposed series. Each week I’ve shown you the first episode of a proposed Let’s Play series on The Mental Attic’s YouTube channel.
The first one was Ori and the Blind Forest, followed by Hollow Knight and last week Dead Cells. Well, I’ve left the weirdest for last.
Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom is an RPG, but its combat puts you on a 1 vs 1 fighting game-style match with monsters and other characters. To say it’s unique is an understatement. It’s the first time I’ve seen this and you know what, it kinda works. Sure, so far it’s a party of one character so it’s not that complicated but I’m intrigued on how it’ll be once the party grows.
But whether you’ll be there with me to discover it or not is up to you? The poll is open and will remain so for a couple more weeks. Take the chance and vote for which game you’d like to see me move forward with a full Let’s Play. The second most voted game will follow but the other two fill fall to oblivion.
