Last week I was on vacations, a well-deserved week of me-time after months of nonstop work. I had the chance to get back to some writing projects I’ve left abandoned for a few months. I finished The Song, a science-fiction/noire short story and now finally have it ready to begin editing. I’ve also returned to a 2nd draft of a novel, not much progress there, but the week helped me get back into the mindset of the prose, to know where I left off and what I meant with the old notes I left.
But I also had time to do something gamers rarely do: clear out the gaming backlog. Continue reading Clearing out the Backlog!

So, here are my Top 5 Final Fantasy games (with their PS-era remastered intro sequences because they’re really cool): Continue reading My Top 5 Final Fantasy Games
My Tuesday began very early, as I had trouble sleeping and woke up at around 5am. Having deleted my old Playstation Network account because I moved countries and you can’t change it in your existing account, I decided to create a new one, pay for Playstation Plus and all that jazz, but I also remembered that Final Fantasy XV, the latest in Square Enix’s long-running series released that very day, so I also bought it, downloaded it and left it all ready to go for the moment I was done with work for the day.
